I’ve often posted that morning sessions are my favorite time of day to photograph little ones. When the day has just started, they are happy to smile and goof around in front of a camera. For the Connolly family, we were able to get a beautiful summer morning for their session.

Looking to capture the family of four dynamic before a new baby arrives this fall, the kids explored by picking flowers, writing in sand and making each other laugh. In the meantime, I was able to capture some really sweet maternity images of this sweet mama. I love the combination of fun, silly moments with the quiet moments of expectation for their little baby.
