Rochelle Louise Photography is committed to providing a safe and healthy workspace for all clients and session participants. To ensure that, I have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. My goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workspace and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our clients and session participants.
I do not require my clients to be vaccinated. If you are ill or symptomatic, we will reschedule until you are well. I follow all guidelines to ensure the health of everyone involved in the photo session, and ask that only the people who are in the photos attend sessions (no extra grandparents, friends, etc.) Of course, if either myself or clients are exposed to COVID, RSV or the flu prior to the session OR exhibit *any* symptoms that may be associated with those, I will reschedule the session for a later date.
If you are personally concerned about being in studio for your session, I recommend you book an outdoor session.
Our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan follows Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines, federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19 and Executive Order 20-48, and addresses:
● Hygiene and respiratory etiquette;
● Social distancing techniques;
● Face mask and disinfection protocol;
● Identification of sick persons and replacement protocol;
● Minimize attendees;
● Proper communication;
HYGIENE ETIQUETTE
Basic infection prevention measures are being implemented on the job and at all times. Workers are instructed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water frequently throughout the day, but especially at the beginning and end of their shift, prior to any mealtimes and after using the toilet.
RESPIRATORY ETIQUETTE
I, and anyone photographing on behalf of Rochelle Louise Photography, will be wearing a mask at all times while in the presence of a client or session attendee. For a studio session, I require all attendees to bring and wear a mask when age appropriate (children under 12 not required.)
SOCIAL DISTANCING
I will maintain a minimum of 6-feet distance between us and participants at all times. You are welcome to be closer than 6-feet to the family members who are in attendance with you. I will be instructing you and anyone being photographed from a social distance.
FACE MASK AND DISINFECTION PROTOCOL
Regular housekeeping practices are being implemented, including routine disinfecting of work supplies and personal belongings at sessions. We will provide our own face mask and hand sanitizer to utilize throughout the interaction period.
IDENTIFICATION OF SICK PERSONS
I, and anyone photographing on behalf of Rochelle Louise Photography, will not be permitted to work if they:
In the event that Rochelle Louise Photography (Rochelle Muellenberg) becomes aware of their exposure to COVID-19, RSV or FLU or experiences symptoms listed above, the session will be rescheduled for a later date.
If the client becomes aware of possible COVID-19, RSV or FLU exposure prior to the session, they are responsible for notifying me as soon as possible in order to begin the quarantine process and appropriately notify Rochelle’s other clients who have sessions or events following the exposure. Since I work with mostly young children and babies, it is imperative that this is communicated immediately so I don’t risk exposing my other clients to a virus.
MINIMIZE ATTENDEES
To further minimize risk I ask that you do not bring additional people to the session. Please keep it to only who is included in photos or needed for transportation purposes.
