Angie and Basil | Palm Springs Wedding

Three years ago, Angie was a bridesmaid in her cousin’s backyard wedding that we photographed. It was so neat when she contacted me after she and Basil got engaged to see if we would think about coming to Palm Springs in March for their wedding. Fast forward a year, and the wedding day had arrived!

Angie and Basil reserved a lovely residence near the mountains called The Rose Cottage, where their festivities would take place for the week. Angie got ready in the cutest little bridal suite and had a very special first look with Basil nearby. Angie had kept her dress a secret from everyone (even her mom), so it was really special when she had a reveal to her mom, brother and grandpa privately before the ceremony. The happy tears were flowing!

With the sun just beginning to dip below the mountain, Angie and Basil exchanged vows by the palm trees. After a memorable ceremony where rings had to be retrieved midway through, Angie and Basil had a few moments to themselves during sunset where we captured some truly beautiful photos of them as new husband and wife.

Dinner was served under the cafe lights to their close friends and family. Heartfelt speeches were given to the couple before the dancing kicked off the last part of the evening. We’re so grateful to have been invited into this day with Angie and Basil and their family! It was such a pleasure to be there and to celebrate alongside this couple!
