Tom and I were packing our bags for our trip to Scotland in early May when I asked him if he would be taking this trip if we weren’t married. He paused and said he didn’t think he’d travel nearly as much without me and I realized the same is true of myself. We love to travel, but mostly because we do it together.
We had ten days in Scotland on our itinerary, primarily to attend a workshop in Glasgow which was led by two of our favorite photographers, Levi Tijerina and Gene Pease. The photos in this post are of the lovely couple, Polly and Ben, who traveled from London to be models for the workshop shoot in the Highlands. Although they don’t model for their careers, these two were the perfect match with each other and the beautiful scenery we were in the midst of for the session. I was also able to shoot some film of this session, which will be shared in a separate blog post, but for today, these are our favorites of Ben and Polly in the Scottish Highlands. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from Levi and Gene. I’m so glad Tom and I could do this adventure together.
